Care Coalition
Our Mission:
To increase public awareness of drug and alcohol abuse by educating and supporting the youth, families, and drug prevention agencies in Clark County; thus indentifying and promoting healthy behaviors and reducing substance abuse in our community.
Our Vision:
To provide a significant reduction in drug and alcohol abuse among the youth and families in our communities by supporting and promoting a substance-free environment.
Our members represent a cross section of the community including : youth; local business; healthcare professionals; educators; media; law enforcement; youth organizations; parents; religious, fraternal and civic organizations; school districts; volunteer groups; and state, local and tribal agencies-communities.
After the BEST Coalition came the CARE Coalition. We are a grass roots organization, a source for change. We can make a difference as we unite together to live in a drug-free community.
Our Method:
The Coalition meets the second Tuesday of every month at noon at:

Las Vegas NV 89146.
Each sector retains its identity but agrees to come together as one voice for the common goal to promote a drug-free environment. We are not prevention programs or traditional human service organizations that provide direct services. Rather we are directed by local residents and sector representatives who determine the best strategies to address substance abuse in our community.
